During the class, you’ll create:
- First course: Spanish bites such as marinated olives and altramuces
- Second course: a seasonal starter — perhaps chilled gazpacho, warm chickpea and spinach stew or salmorejo from Córdoba
- Third course: deeply traditional main course such as flamenquín, a crispy ham-and-cheese pork roll, or solomillo al Jerez, tender pork in Sherry sauce
