What to expect
You’ll taste six exceptional wines: a crisp Cava to start, followed by two vibrant coastal whites, two expressive reds like Mencía or Garnacha, and a unique Sherry to finish. All wines come from boutique, small-production wineries and are rarely found in stores or restaurants.
Each wine is paired with gourmet Spanish tapas made from artisanal, hard-to-find ingredients—such as pan de cristal with seafood, soft cheeses, Iberian pork, roasted peppers, and quince with aged cheese. As we taste, we’ll share stories behind each pairing in a relaxed, engaging way.
After the tasting, we’ll share the story behind the gallery and invite you to explore the collection of emerging contemporary artists.
