Step into the cozy kitchen of a real Tokyo mom and experience the warm hospitality of Japanese home cooking. This class offers more than just recipes—it’s a cultural journey guided by someone who has cooked these meals for her own family.
You’ll prepare handmade dishes that Japanese people truly eat at home, using natural ingredients and seasonal vegetables. Learn the fundamentals of washoku (Japanese cuisine), including how to make authentic dashi (Japanese soup stock) without additives. All main dishes and sides are made from scratch.
This is not a touristy cooking show—this is a heartwarming, real-life taste of Japan.
