What to expect
You will hear storytelling about the ingredients, history, and culture of Korean traditional liquor, and then take part in some of the brewing steps yourself.
After the session, you will bottle the liquor you made, and if you wish, you can take it home. At home, you can continue the fermentation and aging process, and once it is fully matured, you will be able to taste your own traditional liquor.
Finally, you will enjoy tasting pre-prepared traditional liquor, paired with authentic Korean dishes that complement it perfectly.
