Hi, I'm Yurina! I was born and raised in Tokyo and have always loved delicious food. My love for cooking inspired me to start my own cooking class in Winter 2025.

In this class, you’ll learn how to make some of the most beautiful and delicious forms of Japanese home-style sushi! We’ll prepare colorful sushi rolls (makizushi) and cute, round temari sushi—both fun to make and perfect for photos. You’ll also enjoy grilled seasonal fish with miso, a traditional clear soup (osuimono) with shrimp balls, and a refreshing drink to complete the meal.

What to expect

Step into my cozy home in Tokyo and discover the joy of cooking delicious Japanese food with me!
The class takes place in a small, relaxed setting where you can enjoy a hands-on cooking experience.
We will cook some of Japan’s most popular dishes, such as Sushi Rolls.
Classes are held in English, last approximately 3 hours, and are limited to a maximum of 4 guests, creating an intimate and welcoming atmosphere.
We’ll make tasty, well-loved dishes often enjoyed in Japanese homes.
Let’s cook and enjoy a beautiful meal together!

If you have any allergies, please kindly let us know at least 5 days in advance of the lesson.
