Please be ready 10 minutes before the scheduled time. The driver will meet you at your hotel entrance or in the designated transfer area. Your guide will be waiting with a sign displaying your name.
For travelers who don’t require pickup, we will meet at the main entrance of the Kazakhstan Hotel (Dostyk Avenue 52/2), a well-known landmark in Almaty city center. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time.
