Pick up at Surabaya hotel/airport/train station by our Surabaya driver. Proceed to Madakaripura waterfall-the highest waterfall in java. This waterfall was the meditation site of Patih Gajahmada - The General of Majapahit Kingdom who united many regions (including current indonesia) into Majapahit Kingdom in the past.

Arrive in Madakaripura area, we buy the entrance ticket and proceed with motorbike to the waterfall. It is such a beautiful waterfall. Feel the water drops on to your body and swim a little in its pool if you like. :) Back to the car and continue traveling to Bromo area.

Arrive in Bromo, check in a local hotel/guesthouse. Rest & relax. Meet up with our licensed/experienced english-speaking bromo private guide for a short briefing about the next morning bromo sunrise tour which start at 3 am.

3 am: Our guide will pick you up at the hotel lobby or knock on your door. Proceed with jeep for an amazing Bromo sunrise view from a hill. Afterwards, we will visit the savannah, bromo sea of sand, and if we have the opportunity, we can meet Tengger people-the bromo native. Back to hotel, breakfast. Flexible checkout until 12 pm. Travel to Bondowoso (Approx. 3 hour driving) Optional: visit another wonderful waterfall: Tumpak sewu waterfall (extra usd 35/pax), or spend another night to see the misty rainbow in the waterfall the next morning at 6 am (extra usd 75/person)

Arrive in Bondowoso, check in a hotel. Rest & relax until the next morning at 1 am for ijen crater's blue fire trek-if the gas level is safe enough-otherwise we simply do ijen crater sunrise trek
