Conch Fritters

Tenderized pieces of local conch, vegetables and herbs mixed with a seasoned batter, paired with Calypso sauce.

Main

Fresh Seasonal Fish

Locally caught fillet fried with native limes, bell peppers,  and onions. Served with: Peas & Rice, Garden Salad and Bahamian Macaroni & Cheese.

Dessert

Coconut or Pineapple Tart

Doughy cake covered with a thick layer of fruit filling.

A taxi is the best option to get to Crypto Isle from Paradise Island, the Cruise Port or Cable Beach. **Tell your taxi driver to take you to Crypto Isle on East Bay Street (formerly Luciano's Restaurant, next to the Green Parrot, across from Scotiabank).** The class is located in the back courtyard.

Meet charismatic Chef Deja who will dazzle you with charm and stories about her career in Bahamian restaurants. While she teaches you (the fun way) on traditional Bahamian foods, you'll savor a the three-course meal you created.
