With this amazing experience, you will be able to impress your friends and families by making a real gourmet menu for lunch or dinner! You could also remake this menu in your daily life or for some special event! This course is perfect for all people who want to learn about Italian cuisine and traditional Florentine dishes: couples, small groups, families with children (from 7 years), and those who want to have fun in a real professional kitchen!
You will meet a local chef and you will prepare a 4-course meal with him, a starter, two main courses, and a dessert. There are different options you could choose but we always pay attention to choosing a local place that represents the Florentine culinary traditions and history. At the end of the cooking lesson, you will enjoy the authentic dishes you prepared.

This Gourmet Cooking lesson is a completely hands-on experience. You will learn not only how to cook dishes, but also how to serve them!
With this cooking experience, you'll recreate and learn gourmet dishes from the Florentine culinary tradition. A professional Chef prepares unique dishes and creates a 4-course meal that will include a starter, a first and a second dish, and a dessert.
In the end, you will enjoy the authentic dishes you created, accompanied by a D.O.C. Tuscan wine in the Florentine style wine cellar.
