Travellers will be met in the Arrivals Terminal by their designated driver. He will be holding a board with the client name on it. We would advise that the client should add their cellphone/mobile phone number to their booking details in the event that we need to contact you upon your arrival.

What to expect
Once you have transited through Customs & Security, your driver will be waiting for you in the Arrivals Hall holding a clearly identifiable sign with your name on it. We use your name and details that you provide at the time of booking unless you specify otherwise.
You will then be taken to your vehicle which carries upto six passengers. From this point on, you can sit back, relax and enjoy the journey into Edinburgh. Having booked in advance, you won't need to worry about having local currency or paying with your credit card. During the journey, your driver will keep you notified of the estimated time of arrival at your final destination.
We will monitor your flight arrival time. In the event that your flight is delayed, we will ensure that your driver is there to meet you. In the event that your flight is
severely delayed before your departure, please let us know by calling us on the contact number on your voucher.
This service is available 7 days a week.

- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 medium-sized suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- When arriving on an overnight flight, please ensure that you book for the date that you land and NOT the date that you depart
