Shinrin yoku consists of a guided tour of a unique natural environment surrounded by forests, where the connection to the surrounding environment through the 5 senses is promoted. Smelling, touching, tasting, contemplating and hearing, after a 2-hour activity, generates a feeling of general well-being, as well as reducing blood pressure and favoring the immune system, by impregnating the participants with phytoncides, volatile substances that trees generate and from which the human body benefits.
