Learn how to roll 'sfoglia' (fresh pasta) by hand and how to prepare 2 simple different kinds of pasta (filled pasta + fresh pasta) from scratch with your Cesarina.
After your lesson, enjoy what you've prepared with local wines and selected beverages.
But your trip to Italy hasn’t finished yet! You will receive some special souvenirs, so that you can recreate the Pasta recipe at home: the ‘Cesarine’ apron & shopping bag, the rolling pin and the official Recipe book by Cesarine and Slow Food ("Home cooking with Cesarine").
