What to expect

Step into a warm Italian home in Los Angeles and discover a one-of-a-kind culinary experience hosted by Chef Luana. Available exclusively through Cesarine, this class will guide you through the preparation of "Lasagna Verde", a traditional Italian green lasagna made with homemade spinach pasta sheets — a dish you won’t find in any other local cooking class.

You’ll start by mixing and kneading the dough for your pasta, learning authentic Italian techniques straight from Luana’s family traditions. While the slow-cooked ragù is prepared in advance, Chef Luana will demonstrate every step, sharing tips and stories along the way.

Each guest will assemble their own personal lasagna to take home, using their own Pyrex dish (please bring one that fits two portions). Meanwhile, you’ll enjoy a full Italian meal featuring Chef Luana’s lasagna, seasonal antipasti, and a light dessert.
