Our adapted van tours are suitable for people with reduced mobility. Let your self be fascinated by the two biggest lakes on the island: Lagoa do Fogo and Lagoa das Sete Cidades. In the category of non-marine aquatic areas, Lagoa das Sete Cidades is considered one of the seven wonders of Portugal.
In the volcanic complex of Sete Cidades you can visit the Escalvado viewpoint, Sete Cidades village, Lagoa de Santiago, Vista do Rei and Carvão viewpoint. In the Fogo complex, you can enjoy the stunning view of Pico da Barrosa, following the Lagoa do Fogo viewpoint and Caldeira Velha thermal springs. The city of Ribeira Grande will be your last stop.

    This first stop will be at the Escalvado viewpoint. You will have a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean and the west coast of the island of São Miguel. Having a magnificent view of the Mosteiros and Ferraria.

    In this stop you will get to know the parish of the Sete Cidades and the church of São Nicolau. This is where the famous lake of the Sete Cidades is located.

    In this viewpoint you will be shivered by the depth of this lake, which is the lake of Santiago.

    This is the stop that everyone is waiting for. The wonderful viewpoint of Vista do Rei, which gives you a magnificent view over the large and amazing lake of the Sete Cidades.
