Discover the local ingredients: you’ll get to learn how to find them in your city too.
With our Chef you'll prepare three iconic Kimchi dishes.

First, Cabbage Kimchi Pancake (Kimchi-buchimgae): A crispy, savory pancake packed with the umami of fermented cabbage Kimchi.

Second, Radish Kimchi (Kkakdugi): Master this vibrant, crunchy radish Kimchi, and use it to create a hearty stir-fried rice dish with bacon, topped with a golden, perfectly cooked egg.

Then a White Kimchi (Baek-kimchi): A refreshing, non-spicy variation served with a delicate broth and noodles—a true delight for the senses.
