Cihuatan is one of the largest POST-Maya cities in El Salvador, has been under restoration for many years, and now is a beautiful and green park where you will see different structures and 2 ball courts.

and other pre-colonial cultures that habitated this region, the museum is closed to the general public and only available based on reservations. There is a diorama (model) about 100 meters long, which displays 350 clay figures that reflect different scenes of pre-Hispanic life and high-quality clay figures, and more. Not to be missed the prehispanic enthusiast. Photography inside the museum is not allowed. Depart time is at 830am or 1pm during the week and 830am on saturdays.
