What to expect

Enjoy our Amazing Pasta class and learn what it is like to shop, cook and eat like a local with a market visit and hands-on cooking lesson. You will create the menu with the Chef, learn the secrets of selecting top quality produce from the market, and prepare these ingredients in a class of no more than 10\12 participants.
Your lesson is followed by a 3 pasta course meal with pairing sauces!
Our concept is simple, we let you and your fellow classmates’ taste and what is fresh and in season, menu determine what we’ll cook that day. The menu, therefore, is not decided in advance. We will let the seasons and the fresh produce available at our local market shape our meal.
After the visit to our local market, a nice walk of about 5 minutes to get to the coolest part of the city, the Oltrarno district, you are at our kitchen already all set up and ready for your lesson, with aprons, chopping boards , and chef's knives.
