What to expect

The semi-private course for up to 10 people will allow you to interact with the chef in a constructive as well as fun way!
The vegetarian tradition is rooted in Italy, in its culture and in the art of knowing how to make the most of the seasons.
You can contact the chef in advance to establish your tastes and any allergies.
Everything will be from scratch so you will have to cut, clean, cook, knead ...
You work, you don't look!
You will learn how to prepare vegetarian ravioli, colorful noodles using natural products, surprising light dumplings like soft pillows.
Organic flours, incredible certified local extra virgin olive oils and very fresh eggs
Each guest has his own position and useful space to interact
Seasonal vegetables will be selected
Discovering traditional Italian vegetarian cuisine is incredible!
You will learn to recognize aromatic herbs and various vegetables chosen for your dishes
