Guests can search for and book accommodation through the Bookaweb.com platform. There are two options for booking accommodation on the Bookaweb.com platform:
When checking in, the guest is obliged to pay the total rental price of the accommodation, i.e., its remaining value, to the owner or an authorized person. Guests pay all amounts of money directly to the owner in the cache, while for certain accommodation facilities, there is an option to pay by card. Guests receive information about available payment methods after booking the apartment.
The rental price can be paid in dinars or euros at the top exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia.
If it is a longer lease or an earlier reservation, it is necessary to pay an advance of 30-50% of the total rental price after the reservation and before arrival. The amount of the advance payment and the conditions depend on each apartment individually.
Advance payment for accommodation can be made through bank accounts, money orders for citizens of Serbia, Western Union, and the PayPal service. The payers of the services bear all possible costs that may arise during the money transfer.
If the guest does not make the advance payment within the stipulated period after the reservation, the reservation will be canceled, and the guest will be informed.
In case of cancellation by the guest who has already made an advance payment or has paid the whole amount, the cancellation policy is applied according to which reservation was made. The owner set this policy as a condition of the lease, of which the guest was previously informed.
In case of cancellation, the guest must inform Bookaweb.com through the platform by SMS, email, or call.
Viewing the accommodation units beforehand is impossible, as guests mostly occupy them. Photos of the accommodation units on the platform show the apartments' contents from multiple angles, allowing a complete view of their layout and amenities.
Prices on the website are defined and final. Prices cannot be lowered upon guests' requests. This rule also applies when the guest wants to stay, for example, ten nights with a break of two nights, after which they would continue their stay for another, for example, three nights. In that case, the remaining three nights will be counted separately, unrelated to the previous period of stay.
The Bookaweb.com platform must inform the owner and guest about each reservation via SMS, mail, or call.
