Our holiday house, with an area of ​​90 m², is located in a quiet part of Grocka and offers an ideal place to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is intended for a stay of up to 6 people and offers a perfect combination of comfort, space and outdoor content. Surrounded by a spacious, well-kept yard, the house offers guests the pleasure of a built-in swimming pool and deckchairs. Children have their own playground at their disposal, while adults can try their hand at preparing food on the grill, kettle or platter. There is also a large terrace that is ideal for morning coffee. The interior of the house has been carefully decorated to give a warm feeling of home. The living room and dining room form one unit and are equipped with comfortable furniture, and for winter days there is an indoor pellet boiler, which gives the space the authentic warmth of a home. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, air fryer and espresso machine, providing everything you need to prepare meals. The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a large built-in closet, while the other room is suitable for children, with two single beds. The bathroom is modernly decorated, with a shower cabin, bidet, washing machine and Geberit system.
