Lage gut, Preis-Leistung befriedigend, Personal unherzlich.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels und Aussicht im Restaurant auf die Landschaft sehr schön. Ebenso die Gestaltung des Restaurants modern, aber dennoch mit viel Holz. Am Empfang eine junge, sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Dame. Zimmer angenehm, Bett mit guter Matratze.

Cons:

Im Treppenhaus zum Zimmer und selbst im Zimmer roch es immer leicht nach Fett (Küche im Stockwerk darunter). Im Zimmer am Samstag von 21:00 bis 00:30 permanent Lärm aus dem Restaurant durch Verschieben von Tischen, Stühlen, laute Musik und laute, alkoholisierte Gäste. Frühstück lieblos, unoriginell, zu wurstlastig, wenig Frisches, Fleischloses und damit nicht zeitgemäß. Personal und Juniorchefin überwiegend unterkühlt bis schnippisch arogant, bis auf Ausnahmen wenig herzlich, freundlich und gastfreundlich. Kleine Dusche.

Wir haben uns schlicht und einfach, das falsche Hotel ausgesucht.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Das Zimmer geräumig und nett.

Cons:

Leider waren wir im Gästehaus untergebracht. Die Parkplatzsituation war dort sehr beengt. Wenn wir ein wenig größeres Auto hätten, wäre der Parkplatz immer besetzt gewesen. Außerdem mussten wir morgens durch die Kälte zum Haupthaus zum Frühstück gehen.
Am ersten Tag und Nacht ist sowohl die Heizung als auch das Warmwasser ausgefallen. Es wurde aber am nächsten Tag umgehend repariert.
Das Bad war klein, selten so ein kleines Waschbecken gesehen.
Wir waren auf einem Seminar in Gersfeld. Die Entfernung zum Hotel war mit 5 Km doch leider sehr weit.

Wir kommen bei besserem Wetter wieder.

Personal und Athmosphäre. Speisen waren hervorragend.

Cons:

Frühstück war nicht überragend; es fehlte frisches Obst, Fisch wie Lachs und Forelle, mehrere Brotsorten.
Studio fehlte Sitzecke, Schreibtisch.

Sehr schön für einen kurztrip
Pros:

Tolle Lage und super Restaurant mit Mega leckeren Essen . Personal durchweg alle sehr freundlich .
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt .
Schöne Umgebung direkt zum wandern

Cons:

Zimmer könnten mal überholt werden .
Das würde dann auch zum Rest vom Hotel passen .
