Pros:

L’hôtel est fermé définitivement !
J’avais réservé et payé sur votre application !
C’est inadmissible que celui ci apparaisse toujours dans les recherches. J’ai du prendre un autre hôtel en urgence sur une autre appli.
J’exige un remboursement !!!

Séjour au Creusot
Pros:

Séjour agréable. Du personnel disponible et très souriant. Un responsable qui n'hésite pas à s'investir dans les recherches lorsque la réservation a éte faite à partir d"un site auquel il n'adhère plus et cela avec le sourire.
En conclusion, établissement a recommander.

Pros:

Une chambre sur l'arrière donnant sur un patio peu éclairé. Une déco triste des années 80.
Mais ce qui m'a particulièrement déplu fut l'absence d'eau chaude pour la douche le matin à 7h30. Et pas un mot d'excuse quand je me suis plainte à la réception. (On m'a pratiquement traité de menteuse)
