We visited for 2 days. Room is very good. We were two people in a room. We only got one roomkey however – which made it very inconvenient if only one of us wanted to go somewhere, because you need the key card for electricity in the room. The breakfast buffet is… okay… Not what I’m used to, but good. The staff is hit or miss… They either don’t male an effort to communicate with you (because we cannot speak Chinese) or they really try to help you. The room was clean and cute. Housekeeping did a very good job at cleaning the room. The thermostat in the room did not work, the room stayed at 25°C no matter what I did – setting it to the lowest temperature (which os about 6°C doesn’t help at all. The TV was meh, some channels were unclear with static, all channels are in Chinese though. The internet isn’t the worst we’ve ever had at an hotel, it is very slow with a VPN, that might just be the VPN I use, I use Surfshark and the rest of the people I was here with uses Astrill. Overall very good and will return here if I visit Harbin again!

서비스가 정말 너무 좋지 않았습니다. 정확히는 프론트 여자 직원이요. 퉁명스럽고 체크인 시 기분이 확 나빠졌습니다.
처음 체크인때부터 기분이 좋지 않으니,계속 좋지 않더군요.
이미 올라가고 나니 방 배정도 잘못되었다 하고요.
그 외 시설은 나쁘진 않았지만 다시는 이용하고 싶지 않은 호텔입니다.

We stay 4 night in this hotel during our winter holiday with Bayu Buana Tour .. the hotel's room is clean and big .. even there is a cute fancy mat beside the bed .. for child to playing .. breakfast also good and many choice one things need to add i.e just the convenient store inside the hotel .. like other holiday inn worldwide.

The hotel is new, clean and convenient.
Disappointed by the service: the staff could not find my order and ask me to delete my booking (what I refused of course) and book at hotel for the same price. They called several time my room while I was sleeping...

Stayed for 1 night as I was rushing to get back home due to a medical emergency. Requested for a non-smoking room and was give one on the 18th floor with good views. The counter staff at the check-in was good and receptionist was kind enough to help me book a taxi in the freezing -23 degrees temperature to a local restaurant for dinner and told us the exact fare to pay (to avoid being scalped) as the in house restaurant was closed. Breakfast was not too bad with a choice of traditional Chinese and Western ones.

Hotel is very new and very clean! Exceptional service provided by the staff during our visit. They bent over backwards to accommodate the dietary restrictions that some of my students had. Am very thankful for that 🥰

I only had 2 issues that might be of some concern.

1) The gym (on level 3)
The treadmill and the free weights were great but the multi-purpose-gym equipment was faulty. The weights cannot be adjusted as the holes for the 'insert' do not align properly. Maybe it's just so new that is not been fully tested 😉

2) Shower/Toilet placement in the room
The toilet is directly outside the shower area and is placed side ways partially blocking the shower room door, so you have to skirt you way around the toilet bowl when you're entering or coming out of the shower. Care should be taken when doing this - you do not want to slip and fall, especially if you are elderly or have children.
