Pros:

The lobby was clean. The front desk staff isn't at the desk so you have to ring a bell, but I rang it four times before anyone showed up (at least 2 to 3 minutes between each ring). The room was clean, but my sheets were dirty with what looked like grease stains. The bathroom was as small as a cruise bathroom, yet the sink was outside the bathroom. The sink also leaked if turned on too hot and filled really fast without draining if turned on to max running. Had parking, was snowy. Didn't have breakfast there but they do serve free breakfast. I thought the place was rated non-smoking, but the room next door smoked marijuana every morning. Would not stay here again, but there is always a place for somebody.

Staff was amazing and kind rooms was nice and comfy but around the toilet bowl was dirty housekeeping needs to pay better attention. Breakfast wasn’t the greatest had to microwave our eggs and sausage as they were still cold.

Pros:

Booked this stay for my Dad as he needed to travel a distance and have a break in between. My advice, pay the extra money at another hotel. My dad called me in the middle of the night telling me there was a cockroach on the wall.

Room was clean, staff was friendly, parking was good. The only part the wasn’t so nice was the room below us playing loud music at 10:00 pm and at 5:00 am a couple came in with a dog amd left the dog in the room alone and it was barking which woke us up. Other than that it was a really good hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and could tell it’s under new management. Everything was clean and well kept and the rooms were spacious. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, parking was easy, and the location is convenient. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay
