Adequate. Location good but not up to the standard of other 3 star hotels i have stayed in.
Pros:

Views from reception were amazing . But ....Asked to change room. No kettle, a c not working. Mould on bathroom ceiling over the shower. TV not working. The staff were very good and found us another room. Second room was much better but wifi not accessible in bedroom had to go to reception to use wifi. No spoon to stir drinks and no extra teabags available. Bought our own teabags and spoon. Tv worked but only one Sri Lankan channel available. A C worked but would not go lower than 26 degrees. We tried to make it go lower and it would keep altering to 26 degrees again. I have my own a c so I know how to use it. At which point we gave up and stopped complaining as we were only there for 3 night. Slept the other way around on the bed to get some relief from the A C.

Tv and wifi issues need addressing. A C should be checked before guests arrive.
Adequate teamaking facilities- no teabags in a Sri Lankan hotel!

Für 1 Nacht okay...
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Gute Lage. Transfer zum Flughafen 8-10.000 Rupien, zuverlässig.

Cons:

Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, aber auf Nachfrage haben wir ein neues Zimmer bekommen.
Große und viele Kakalaken auf dem 1.Stock im Bad.
Es riecht etwas komisch im Zimmer.

Super Aufenthalt
Pros:

Super schönes Zimmer, sauber, fantastisches Bad mit toller Dusche mit guten Wasserdruck. Bequeme Betten, von der Rezeption im 6. Stock toller Blick auf die Stadt und den Lotus Tower. Personal auch sehr nett, Airport Shuttle sogar nachts um 2:30.
