Passable but would not repeat
Pros:

The only good thing is the location..

Cons:

Window couldn’t be properly closed and secured, and since we were given room on the first floor someone could easily get into the room through the roof, we didn’t sleep well having that in mind, plus we saw big cockroache in the bathroom… needsa lot of improvement.. also it’s not soundproof, you can hear everything around you… wouldn’t stay again for sure

The room was comfortable, A/c didn't work at first, was moved to a new one.
People didn't bother you, very private.

Cons:

The Wifi was crop, until the last day I spoke to one of the guys on the floor, he gave me a new one.
When I asked for anything, it takes for ever to come, I don't know if the girl at the desk doesn't understand, but a young man there speak very good English. He was very helpful.even call me a tuktuk.

Pros:

Loved the location and value for money. All of the staff were absolutely lovely and we really enjoyed chatting and interacting with them.

Cons:

There was a little dirt on the sheets and covers, the main lights also only worked sometimes.

Cons:

Termiti si vybudovali "dálnici" z okna na jídelní stůl. Klimatizace po nějaké době hučí a hučí.

We stayed for one night, it was ok. We reached at 1 pm and may be it was lunch time for staff and they told us to wait b

The location was not bad, galle beach was 5 mins drive. Decent breakfast

Cons:

May be the professionalism of the staff can improve and there was no breakfast buffet, it was fixed option. Initially the wifi was not working, after following up multiple times, they gave us router and it started working.

Room facilities were excellent. The A/C, beds, bathroom, and closet were excellent.

Cons:

TV didn't have any channels working. No coffee. Staff service was not up to standard. They failed to replenish the basic amenities even upon request.
