Terrible hotel.. won’t be back.. Paid for 3 guests but hotel staff insisted that I had to pay for extra bed at reception even though my booking stated payment made for 3rd guests. Room had horrible smell that lasted throughout the stay even though we used air fresheners, that didnt work. Toilet seat was also broken. Had to call someone to get it fixed.

FYI, they charge for early check in.

Spacious clean rooms and good air-conditioning as cold enough. Will come back to stay again.

Repeat stay. Comfortable accommodation. Convenient location. Walking distance to City Square, Komtar and nice cafe within 10 to 20 minutes.

Not the first time staying here for a one night staycation in JB.
Location wise, it’s one of the better ones.
Condition of establishment wise, it’s your usual JB standards, lack of maintenance and left to deteriorate.

3D2N stay in 2 bedroom apartment. It was the 3rd time we booked at Suasana. Location near to CIQ was one major factor. Reasonable pricing too.

Super lots of food options by foot!!!! Bed comfort & amenities can further enhance, no 'DND' signage provide. Hence daily cleaning was done & needed to request for 02 half size towels, which was originally placed in the room upon checking in.

Good location spacious n clean

Despite some hiccups at the start and the end, with faulty aircon and power trips (beyond their control), it is still my hotel of choice to bring my mum and grandmother. Attentive and responsive reception and maintenance. Even housekeeping crew is great. 2nd time staying here.

location and staff is good. Need improvement on the all water tap for all shower and washing basin are not fixed properly.. Will consider staying in this hotel and hope to see improvement done.

1st time stay in the hotel. Good location, breakfast was simple and nice. Front-desk and staff at breakfast were pleasant. Thing to be improve toilet accessory like bidet, shower tap etc were loss and need to be tighten. Other than the toilet every about this is good.

The room was spacious, although the floor was a bit sticky.

Great location and helpful reception. Room is spacious with a balcony with view of the Causeway. However, the cleanliness of the chairs and sofa can be improved as there are some stains on it. Not a dealbreaker so I'm happy with my stay!

The apartment is conveniently located. Only disappointment is the poor sewage system. Foul smell fills the room if toilet door left opened.

Horrifically slow check in and very rude, unaccommodating staff. The room was of a good size and reasonable clean but really zero service to speak of. Not a proper hotel at all.

Other than its good location, nothing else is a pro. For Singaporeans, I strongly suggest that you Pick elsewhere!!

First time staying at this place. The staff are warmth and friendly and kudos to them. The condition of the room is appalling as it appears worn out and not well-maintained, eg: the toilet seats have blue stain that cannot be removed. The corners of the toilet floor are black and we can also see the wires hanging behind the mirror in the toilet.
I can only compliment on the professionalism of the staff and the location of the hotel which make up for the poorly-maintained rooms.

I quite disappointed with the cleaninliness of the hotel beds as I see stains and even red stains on the pillow and bedsheets.

Good seaview. Unit is clean. 2 min walk to shopping malls. Good eateries all around the location. Staff are friendly. Good buffet breakfast.

We recently stayed here as a couple and found the experience to be just average. If you’re looking for a suite with a full set of amenities, this property might not meet your expectations. However, it could work for those who are okay with the basics.

The room itself was spacious, but the living area was lacking—a small sofa set with no coffee table, which made it inconvenient to enjoy even light meals while watching TV. This was a letdown, especially compared to the pictures on the website, which showed a more complete setup.

The kitchenette was clean and came with a microwave and a few basic items. There was an induction cooker, but no pots or pans provided, so it wasn’t really usable unless you brought your own cookware.

The bathroom was neat and came with two bath towels and a floor mat. However, only basic toiletries were available—no hair conditioner, and limited bath/shampoo amenities—so we’d recommend bringing your own.

The bedroom was tidy and comfortable, though we were surprised there wasn’t a TV inside, which we’ve found standard in other suites we’ve stayed at.

Breakfast was served on the 33rd floor, and while the view overlooking the city and northern Singapore was lovely, the food itself was underwhelming. The spread included noodle soup, nasi lemak, porridge, salad, a bread station, and a few hot items. The egg station was a letdown, as the eggs were pre-cooked and left to sit out, so they were cold by the time guests reached them.

Overall, this property may work for travelers with minimal expectations, but those looking for comfort and convenience might want to explore other options.
