Relaxing and wonderful stay in a nice small hotel, excellent location and tasty breakfast.
Pros:

Nice renovated and spacious room. Breakfast buffet offered all what is needed. Excellent location to the slopes and to the center. Spa is small but offered what is important for a relaxing spa session. Convenient lounge to eat bring in food when dinning out is not the plan.

Cons:

Sliding doors from the room to the toilette was not really liked. Unusual for us, that people are using the sauna in swimming costumes. Noise started early mornings around 5 am but maybe it can only be heard from our room at the ground floor.

Pros:

The staff was very helpful. They came to pick us up to the bus station.
The hotel has a communal kitchen/dining area where they provide tea/coffee/hot drinks, some snacks daily and it has a small honesty bar. It was so well thought through.
The spa area was small but lovely with outdoor jacuzzi.
It is located next to a ski slope so getting out/in was amazing. We would definitely stay here again

See through bathroom / toilet
Pros:

Really nice hotel close to the centre of Saas Fee . Limited catering with breakfast only available but the food was good . Our room , on the first floor , was a King Size double , very comfortable and clean . However , there is no privacy between the bathroom / toilet as the walls are glass panels . We even had to close the curtains as people on the street could see into the bathroom ! We had requested a room with a private bath room / toilet but this was going to cost extra . Our overall experience was good .

AMAZING location, great feel to our room. Great decor all around the hotel!
Pros:

Excellent breakfast, great location and amazing room. Very cosy & warm. Was really impressed with the bar area where you could help yourself to glasses, ice and tea and coffee. We didn't miss having a bar at all!

Cons:

Perhaps more detail when you book that you do not get an interrupted view of the mountains as our room was on the ground floor. Although we had a view of the mountains, we were on street level and would have preferred to be at the back of the hotel which wasn't made clear enough upon booking.
