ביקשנו בתחילת השהות שלנו בקשה לגבי חשבונית אמרו שאין בעיה ובסוף השהות ייתנו לנו שהגענו לסוף השהותאמרו שלא אפשרי , זה ממש איכזב כי חלק מהשהות הייתה מטרת עבודה והיינו צריכם חשבונית מופרדת ולכן הפרדנו את התשלום בזמן התשלום אמרו אין בעיה בטח ובמעמד הצ'ק אוט אמרו לנו שלא ניתן וזה היה אותו נציג בקבלה שכעס שאנחנו מבקשים ממנו משהו לא חוקי ,,,,,, להיות קשובים ללקוח בסיסי לא

בגדול הכול היה בסדר גמור !!! תודה למקום האירוח

היינו זוג - מלון ממש חמוד , קרוב להכול , הלכנו ברגל לכל מקום, רחוב ליד יש חנייה בתשלום שאפשר להחנות שם את הרכב.
ארוחת בוקר הייתה מאוד נחמדה , חדרים נקיים

Cons:

המקררים !!! אי אפשר אפילו להכניס לשם בקבוק מים קטן כי המקרר הוא ממש "דק" הוא יפה תלוי על הקיר אבל אי אפשר להשתמש בו.

מלון איביס ידוע בפשטות שלו, לא גדול מידי, לא קטן מידי והיה לנו ממש טוב, המיקום, האוכל ושוב ניסים.
Pros:

מיקום המלון מעולה.
ארוחת בוקר עשירה ומגוונת.
ניסים מהקבלה עשה כול שביכולתו לפתור את בקשותינו כמו החלפת החדר מצד לצד של הבניין.

המיקום מושלם, בקבלה קיבל אותנו איש צוות מקסים ענאן, שדאג והפך לנו את החגיגה של יום הולדת לחגיגה נהדרת. המקום מעוצב בוייב מגניב ומעניין. המיקום של המלון הכי נוח , קרוב לשוק מחנה יהודה, נחלאות ועיר עתיקה, הכותל ועוד... המדרחוב למטה שוקק חיים ואמנות. היה סופ"ש נפלא. תודה.

הייתי מחליפה את השטיח מקיר לקיר לפרקט... זה יקפיץ את החדר מכל הבחינות.. השטיח מתלכלך מהר וסופג אבק מיותר.
