Pros:

Selected this hotel because it was close to airport. I did not know it was a seasonal hotel and we arrived on the last day of the season so breakfast and airport shuttle were not available. Staff was very nice and helpful despite the language barrier. Thank goodness for google translate. Room was very clean, property was very nice. Ate dinner at onsite restaurant on arrival, food was very good.

Pros:

This hotel has some terrible employees. Very ugly snd unfriendly to foreigners. They even don’t like Expedia confirmation and said it is error and mistakes and insist clients to pay walk in price. No toilet paper or WiFi for most of the rooms. Very sucks service experienced in my life after visiting 160 plus countries. Front desk employees have no business attitude at all. Fighting hard for walking in price. Don’t recommend to stay there if there is an option.

Pros:

Made a reservation in advance and got a confirmation number, but my plane arrived late and by the time I finally got to the hotel, they had already checked out all the rooms! Imagine being extremely exhausted after a long journey, finally arriving at your destination late at night in a foreign country, with all your luggage, with no cell phone coverage and having to search for another hotel because the one you reserved in advance is already all sold out!
