Novena hotel terus berkembang.
Pros:

Untuk staf nya cepat dalam merespon apa yg saya perlukan . Dari segi sarapan pagi , cukup puas dgn menu nya. Sekarang sudah ada box mesin minuman dan Snack, cukup membantu. Ini yg ke 3 kali saya menginap di sini. Terimakasih.

Blower heksos di kamar mandi terlalu berisik.

Cons:

Breakfast lounge at the top floor needs proper table and chair for eating. When I was there, they only have sofa/ couch and low coffee table. Not ideal for eating.
