Buen hotel pero tienen habitaciones sin ventana al exterior
Pros:

El hotel está bien ubicado, Se encuentra en una zona muy bonita y con gran oferta gastronómica. La mayoría de su personal es muy amable, y la limpieza de las instalaciones está bien cuidada. Solo las habitaciones que tienen ventana al exterior son muy bonitas.

Cons:

Muchas de las habitaciones no tienen ventana al exterior. Estas se sienten muy encerradas y es una característica que no anuncian al momento de reservar. Cuando pedí un cambio de habitación me respondieron que debería haberlo solicitado al momento de reservar. Que en pedidos especiales debería haber indicado que quería una habitación con ventana!! Por suerte, al día siguiente, otra empleada con mucha mejor predisposición, me cambió a una habitación con una gran ventana al exterior. Se trata de un detalle para nada menor. Si tienen habitaciones sin ventana, deberían informarlo claramente y cobrar menos por ellas. Es una lástima que engañen a los pasajeros de ese modo,
Otro asunto raro ha sido el desayuno. A mitad de mi estadía cambió la modalidad del servicio. Si bien la oferta era muy limitada, durante los primeros días ofrecieron un desayuno buffet que estaba bastante bien. Sin embargo, a mitad de la semana cambiaron de modalidad y solo se podía elegir una combinación fija e inamovible de alimentos, con muy poca oferta de productos.
Podrían tener un excelente calificación si no fuera por estos temas.

El personal es muy amable

Cons:

Algunas habitaciones no tenían ventana exterior, las paredes de las habitaciones son muy delgadas y no está bien insonorizado, se escucha todo. En mi caso el extractor del baño hacía un ruido insoportable, no repetiría.

Great stay
Pros:

Great hotel very quiet we had room facing the garden
There are restaurants to walk to
Staff very friendly we arranged pick up from the airport probably was over charged but was very convenient and a good ride $35
We managed to get uber to the historic part much cheaper then taxi
We liked our stay here

We would suggest kettle in the room

El personal es amable.

Cons:

Si la gente habla en el pasillo, todo se escucha y eso hace difícil descansar. Las camas son bastante duras.
El hotel estaba lleno, entonces a la hora del desayuno fue un poco complicado.

Parking was difficult, narrow driveway difficult to maneuver, but staff assisted me and got my bigger suv out no problem.
