It was fine to stay in this hotel as it is near to the Haram and whom are still good to sleep, but cost of hotel is more

Wir haben inklusive Frühstück gebucht. Im Ramadan gibt es stattdessen Iftar. Aber da wir die meiste Zeit in der Prophetenmoschee sind, brauchen wir keinen Iftar und aufgrund der Entfernung konnten wir nicht zwischen Maghrib und Ischaa ins Hotel, um zu essen.
Man sollte den Gästen stattdessen Optionen anbieten: Iftar oder Sahur anstelle vom Frühstück.
Dann hätte auf jeden Fall Sahur genommen.
Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, meinte es wäre kein Problem, dass ich nicht essen kommen kann, denn es ist inklusive und ich hätte ja nicht dafür bezahlt!? Doch eigentlich bedeutet es, dass ich dafür bezahlt habe, ohne es in Anspruch nehmen zu können. Ich habe gebeten, dass er bei der Leitung fragt und mir eine Lösung anbietet z.B. Lunchpaket o.ä. Aber er hat schlicht ignoriert.

Good location and does the job. Good value

Cons:

Room key would stop working pretty much every time we tried it after leaving. Had to go to reception to get it redone every time. Room had mould/dirt on the wall.

The over all facility was good and clean.

Staff was decent, only few staffs weren't professional. The prices was expensive considering the hotel's location and distance from Masjid E Nabawi.
