Little far from Haram -20 minutes walk. You wouldn’t able to join all prayers at Haram.

We had two rooms 215/216. Please don’t take room 216. Room 216 bathroom didn’t have shower door & toilet is impossible to use. 216 bathroom gets wet when someone takes shower. Property management is aware about the issue but didn’t willing to address the issue. Also didn’t willing to change room.
Hotel is little far from the main center, not easy to join all prayers, specially if someone doesn’t like to walk or older person/ wheel chair. Breakfast is decent enough but not great ( no butter or Jam) . We have to pay SR 10 (1 egg) for omelette.

Pros:

Breakfast was not good. Manager Mahamud was so bad attitude. It was really bad experience. First they gave me room so small can not even walk properly in the room.

Good value for the money
Pros:

It is near Haram 10-15 minutes walk ( one street no turns) a little bit longer for elderly or if you have children
No dedicated parking but big free area behind the hotel
Stuff were very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Breakfast need improvement
Pillows also were not good , need at least 2 be able to sleep
Need blackouts under the curtains as lights fills the room
