Pros:

良かったのみスタッフの対応のみ

Cons:

照明が壊れていて使えなった（チェック不足）
宿泊者は色々な方がいるので多方面への対応が可能であってほしかった
（例　足の具合が悪いのですが段差の対応がない。ベッドが使いにくかった）
