Tolles Hotel in toller Lage.
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal. Schöne Zimmer. Leckeres Frühstück bis 14 Uhr. Schöner Barbereich. Onsen vom Nachbarhotel kann mitbenutzt werden. Lage nahe am Bahnhof perfekt. Stil des Hotels ist sehr schön. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis super.

Cons:

Kaum Ablageflächen für Gepäck. Matratze nicht so bequem. Doppelbetten eher klein 1,50 cm. Balkon vorhanden, dient aber nur als Fluchtweg.

Hip but friendly boutique hotel
Pros:

Beautifully designed suite room featuring local blue denim fabric and lots of light wood. Nice cosy bar where they offered welcome drinks and also served breakfast. Free use of the onsen at the sister hotel next door.

L hôtel que j ai préféré depuis mes 40 jours au Japon. Un hôtel stylé, un accueil remarquable, une localisation idéale pour découvrir Fukuyama.

Pros:

Wat een fantastische service levert het hotel. Bij binnenkomst werden we welkom geheten met een drankje. In het café hebben we onze reis uitgestippeld en werden we ontzettend goed geholpen door het personeel door telefoontjes in het Japans voor ons te doen. Alle stafleden zijn ontzettend vriendelijk. Ze hadden goede aanbevelingen voor restaurants en ook het ontbijt to go was top. De kamer is sfeervol en schoon. Een aanrader!

Great location near to castle and train line, shops and restaurants. Room was very clean and good facilities. The Onsen
Pros:

Proximity to the station and castle. Walkable to lots of lovely shops and places of interest. Like the use of the Onsen in sister hotel The Oriental and the free use of bikes there. Breakfast was nice and staff very happy and friendly. Drop off bags early was also a bonus!

大手ホテルのようにマニュアル通りの対応を受けても問題に感じることはありませんが、機械的な印象は受けます。チェックインの際、担当の方から説明を受けた際、業務内容か福山という土地が好きなんだろうなと感じました。具体的な内容ではなく、あくまで印象ですがこの時のやりとりが、良かった点です。
