Piscinas con falta de mantenimiento
Pros:

Las piscinas estaban sucias no tenían mantenimiento y las empezaron a limpiar el día siguiente por las quejas.

Pros:

Lo unico que no me gusto fueron los cocteles, y que cuando fui por el desayuno que incluia la reserva no me tenian apuntado y demoraron como 20 min averiguando, hace falta mas coordinación con la Cocina

El establecimiento es un buen lugar para el precio.
lo que no me gusto fue
1. tienen 2 area de estacionamiento sin embargo el que esta a la entrada es muy pequeño y el que esta en la via a la carretera esta desastroso, todo de piedra y con grandes baches.
2. el servicio de transporte desde y hacia la recepción o estacionamiento solo lo dan al llegar o retirarse o sea que si quisieras salir del complejo por alguna razon te tienes que trasladar caminando hacia el auto..
3. las sillas que tienen en la villa son blancas y están mugrosas.

4. las cortinas de la sala son transparente.... deben cambiarlas a blackout.

5. el area requiere mayor mantenimiento.

Lo que me gusto

1. habitaciones limpias.
2. camas comodas.
3.aire acondicionado en excelente condiciones.

4. Atención muy buena por parte de los colaboradores.
