Sehr freundliches und Hilfreiches Personal, eigener Rollerparkplatz und eine super tolle lage abseits der Touristenmassen und trotzdem sehr zentral. Der Balkon hat eine tolle Aussicht und die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und ausgestattet.

This is the best place to stay in Hoi An! You get very good value for your money! It is super clean, the room is spacious, the water pressure and temperature are good, the mattress is comfortable, there is a basic pool to cool off after a long hot day in the old town and the host is super friendly!

It's located just a bit outside of the old town, but within walking distance and plenty of local eateries around.

We would return if we had to go back to Hoian
Pros:

The location is great.
The owner is a very sweet and kind lady that is there to accommodate as much as possible her guests.
The property offers free bikes to ride, we didn’t rent a car at all for the whole 4 days. The rides were trully amazing.

Cons:

The AC was a bit weak and leaking water in the bathroom

Felt like a second home, great hosts, quiet location.
Pros:

Lan and her family made it feel like a second home for all of us.

The kids loved swimming every day, and as a family of five, the spacious family room was perfect. It’s often hard to find accommodation that comfortably suits a family our size, but this villa was exactly what we were looking for.

The location was close enough to the Old Town while still being on a quiet street, so it never felt too busy.

We would definitely recommend this villa to families.

There’s a kitchen for guests to use and also laundry services provided for a small fee.
