Nice clean hotel in a good area for shopping and food the staff was great offer a good breakfast but I didnt get it this go around
We love the staff. When we stop by or call, they are very responsive!
We love this hotel, and use it often. What we noticed on this particular trip a lot of less than moments. 1) Breakfast area has definitely changed. No creamer for coffee on many of the days we were there. Food was less than good. Breakfast dining area the tables were dirty, the trash cans overflowing. 2) Cleaning -- when we had the Do Not Disturb not hanging, they did not change over the room. 3.) We had to ask for towels a few times. 4.) The phone in the room had no power to it at all.

The customer service was great! Everyone was smiling and happy to help with all our needs. The breakfast was decent but could be better. Overall, the stay was comfortable and my daughter loved the indoor pool!
The floors are definitely in need of a deep clean inside the rooms. I could not walk barefoot in the room. The carpet in the room is very sticky and I think it would be better to just have the laminate flooring VS having the rug under the beds.
The breakfast was supposed to last till 10. We got down there about 935 and there was no food. It was pretty dirty down there. I just think the guy got overwhelmed and needed another helper cause it was a weekend and they had every room booked, but if you advertise serving breakfast to 10, you should still have food there. The location was OK for me. It really didn’t matter.
What we didn’t like was me and my husband both got our arm messed up on the door latch, and we did report it other than that the staff was really good and you know the room was half clean. The floors were dirty, but the bed was good yeah that’s about all I can say and I hope where I messed my arm up. Doesn’t leave a scar.
