I had a wonderful stay at Dorsett Residences Kuala Lumpur. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Pavilion, Bukit Bintang, and many great cafés and restaurants, making it very convenient to explore the city.

The residence was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Having a fully equipped kitchenette and washing machine made the stay even more comfortable, especially for a longer trip. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and the facilities, including the swimming pool and gym, were great.

What stood out the most was the friendly and helpful staff who made check-in and the overall stay smooth and pleasant. I truly appreciated their warm hospitality.

Overall, Dorsett Residences offers fantastic value for money with its strategic location, comfortable accommodation, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Kuala Lumpur and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Pros:

The apartment was to a high standard. Comfortable bed and pillows

Cons:

Every time we showered the bathroom was almost flooded due to blocked drains in the shower area in both bathrooms so the floor got soaked.

There was major construction work happening opposite the apartment building with major construction, banging and cement mixing every night. Our last night was particularly bad with noise until 1am this severely affected the quality of our sleep.
