Nice hotel, limited parking. Staff were very helpful. Good selection at breakfast. A bit out of the city but bus stops literally across the road, so easy to get into the city

The hotel were really accommodating, I flew in on an international flight at 7am and the staff were happy to store luggage to explore and assisted with an earlier check in. Easy access to the bus / train into the city.
This is a new hotel and I thought I’d try it as I’ve stayed in the nearby Hilton. Everything about this hotel was a bit off. The hotel entrance closest to the underground station had a closed reception so it was necessary to walk the entire length of the hotel to get to reception. On the room floors the signage was just plain wrong, for example pointing to lifts that didn’t exist or numbering of rooms that wasn’t correct. There were light fittings not working or loose and there was a weird smell in the corridors. There were also quite a few room doors on my floor which were permanently a little ajar which made the hotel feel slightly creepy. The room itself was ok, comfortable enough. Breakfast was … interesting. I came to breakfast just after nine and was told that I could only sit in one part of the dining hall because they were setting up for dinner. The coffee machines were not working and the food selection was poor, both in choice and quality. The manager also chastised his staff in front of me a couple of times which I thought was a bit unprofessional. While I didn’t feel unsafe I definitely felt uncomfortable in this hotel. I won’t be back.

The hotel is in great location for exploring Brussels and further afield - with a train station a minute away and the metro also in walking distance. The staff were very helpful and our room super comfortable.

What was a very stressful and frustrating situation with our hotel booking was quickly turned around thanks to her empathy, professionalism, and generosity of spirit. From the very first interaction she listened attentively, understood our concerns and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Her calm and reassuring approach not only solved the problem with efficiency and speed, but also made us feel genuinely cared for as guests. It is rare to encounter someone who combines professionalism with such warmth and humanity. We are truly grateful for her help and would highly recommend Ms.Carmona as a leader who embodies service excellence and compassion.
Hotel itself was good and good facilities but it was limited and in the middle of nowhere. Service was great though and the hotel potentially cater for lack of things around it by adding it to the Hotel features itself
The hotel was across the road from a train station which was great. Only problem was no lift at the station if you had luggage.
Our room, reception and dining was very clean. Our only disappointment was a bad smell outside the lift and the walkway to our room.
I was not happy with calling staff from room. They never answered the phone. Not Happy the restaurant ,icon bar and room service was all different. Menu was different and ended early or different times.I had to order uber eats for my teenagers.Also wish my 16 year old was able to use the gym without me.
We enjoyed the hotel and it was very clean and hospitable.
Staff was underprepared for system failure. Unable to check guests in without a computer. Waited for an hour and a half in the lobby to get our room, for them to finally do it on paper without the computer.
Leftover room service dishes lined the hallway some even until the next morning.
Breakfast could have been good but very slow to refill anything.

Somewhat outdated airport hotel with, nevertheless, nice interior. Clean rooms and helpful staff. Fulfills it’s purpose as an airport hotel.
Our stay in general was fine but there is something very odd about this hotel is being run. The restaurant was empty apart from us and the waitress didn’t seem to know what she was doing or be capable of communicating in English. The drinks orders were wrong and the beer was out. Some of the signs point in the wrong direction and there was a security guard stopping us from using the stairs past the 2nd floor. Adding a service charge in the restaurant was a bit extortionate. I wouldn’t stay here again, unfortunately.

Booked one month beforehand. Arrived at the hotel only to be told the whole hotel was closed due to maintenance for the next 2 months. With no prior communication and fully staffed, they are refusing to provide a refund on a non fund policy that only states if I cancel the reservation, then i'm not eligible for a refund. Taking the matter further now
Lovely hotel, clean modern rooms, breakfast was very good if a little short on vegan options. Good location with buses right outside. Nice pool, but limited sun beds so a problem to get by the pool terrace on some days.
Excellent Airport hotel. Very convenient to take the underground tube from Hatton Cross station which is just across the street to Heathrow airport. Well staffed reception with helpful and polite people. Good amenities including a restaurant and bar. Would definitely recommend if catching a flight the following day.
Close to Tube station facilitating easy connectivity to central London. Breakfast was good but the same items were repeated on each day that we stayed here. Room was clean and had suffiecient space.
