No me resolvieron el problema de internet a pesar que vinieron dos veces. Estaba en una cabaña apartado de la recepción y restaurante . Estuvimos incomunicados todo el tiempo.

Better experience in the restaurant than in the hotel
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options.
We had dinner at Restaurant Rakas twice and the food was excellent. Personnel were very professional. Good experience!

Cons:

Personnel give the "must to have" information about the property. No much information was given neither about activities to make at the hotel nor outside.
The price/quality standard was not in line. We could see the parking slot and a busy road from our nest. It was a surprise that the property was so close to a busy road, and it was not advertised anywhere. Big disappointment!

有一個會說中文的櫃檯人員不太友善，而且整個住宿價格很亂，我花了1500歐元入住，入住的時候變成1000歐元，還不退費

καταπληκτικό δωμάτιο καθαρό είχαν μέσα ότι χρειαζόσουν! η θέα στο χιονισμένο δάσος καταπληκτική και καταφέραμε να δούμε και το βόρειο σέλας από το δωμάτιο μας ! όλα ήταν υπέροχα και σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε!

10.000€ für 4 Nächte in einer IKEA Hütte mit Flüglärm den gesamten Tag.

A magical snowy time!
Pros:

My husband and I had a magical time here. The view from our room was stunning, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was really tasty. The staff were really helpful! We really enjoyed walking through the private forest and experiencing the cold weather and deep snow for the first time-it was very special. We also liked our snowshoe adventure.
