Absolut empfehlenswert
Pros:

Traumlage in einem wunderschönen Bergdorf des Hochschwarzwalds, ganz nah an den schönsten Wanderwegen (z.B. der Heidegger-Rundweg). Schöne alte Wirtsstube. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und hoch engagierter Chef.

Ein schöner ruhiger Aufenthalt in einem urigen Hotel mit viel Geschichte
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in einem kleinem ruhigen Ort., Gut zum wandern.Frühstück war gut und ausreichend.
Zimmer groß und ruhig , etwas alt aber sauber . Das Hotel ist mit vielen Stufen und die Zimmer liegen weit vom Restaurant. Sauna haben wir nicht genutz da es schönes Wetter wahr. Parkplatz für 7€ gab es genug

Für eine Nacht für Motorradfahrer gut & nett und zur Durchreise ok.
Pros:

Sehr guten Lage, toll Aussicht, Preis & Leistung ist gut, Frühstück sehr umfangreich. Parkplätze waren genügend vor der Unterkunft vorhanden. Tolle Aussenterasse mit schönem Blick ringsum. Tolles und geräumiges Bad. Sehr ruhige Lage. Die Zimmer waren sehr grosszügig bemessen vom Raum und schön mit Balkon. Kein Durchgangsverkehr. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat nachgefragt, ob wir schweres Gepäck haben. Das Hotel hat ein nettes Ambiente und ist kein "neuer Betonklotz". Man sieht sprichwörtlich die Geschichte dieses Hauses mit viel Holz inwendig.

Cons:

Abendessen fand ich nur durchschnittlich und nicht besonders schmackhaft. Die Pfannkuchensuppe war nur lauwarm und recht "dünn" und das Abendessen insgesamt nicht zufriedenstellend. Zum Salat gab es kein einziges Stück Brot. Vielleicht hatte ich als Vegetarier einfach Pech. Es gab keinen Schrank zum Kleider aufhängen. Der gesamte Betrag des Hotels wurde von meiner Kreditkarte abgezogen obwohl es bei Booking.com hiess, dass man keine Vorauszahlung etc. erforderlich ist. Teppich und viele Details wirken etwas alt und mit einer gewissen Patina. Keinesfalls behindertengerecht zumindest unsere Zimmer Nr. 34 und 41.

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr leckeres Frühstück mit reichlich Auswahl.
Das Chalet war ganz wundervoll, sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr geäumig und bequeme Betten.
Die Lage der Unterkunft sehr ruhig und zentral für Ausflüge.
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit, und können es absolut weiterempfehlen!
