This year, we stayed almost 40 nights here at Marriott Clark.
We enjoyed everything and everyone here, especially at the MClub. The staff is very accommodating and warm.
From the jolly Chefs, to the food attendants and the receptionists. Jon is the sweetest, and Leo, Ah Leo, would go way beyond for every guest/s needs. The service that anyone deserves.
It's impossible to leave without a smile on my face every time I see them; they are very warm and friendly.

I recently spent four nights at Marriott Hotel Clark, and I can confidently say it was one of the finest hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment I pulled up to the property until my final check-out, every single detail was handled with excellence, warmth, and the kind of professional service that the Marriott brand is famous for. If you are looking for luxury, convenience, and genuine hospitality in the Clark area, this is absolutely the place to be.
Arrival & Service
Right from the entrance, the experience felt premium. The driveway and grounds are beautifully landscaped, well-maintained, and spacious, giving a sense of calm even before you step inside. The doormen and bell staff greeted us with warm smiles, assisted with our luggage immediately, and guided us smoothly to the lobby. The lobby itself is grand yet inviting — modern, elegantly designed, with high ceilings, comfortable seating areas, and a bright, airy atmosphere.
Check-in was fast and efficient. The front desk team was incredibly helpful, polite, and attentive. They explained all the hotel facilities clearly, gave us recommendations for local attractions and dining spots around Clark, and even offered us a complimentary welcome drink while we waited briefly. Throughout our stay, every staff member we encountered — from housekeeping to restaurant servers, security, and management — was consistently friendly, respectful, and ready to assist with any request, no matter how small. It is rare to see such high standards maintained across every department.
Rooms & Accommodations
Our room was absolutely outstanding. We booked a Deluxe King Room, and it exceeded all our expectations. It was very spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated with modern furnishings and warm lighting. The bed was incredibly comfortable, fitted with high-quality linens and pillows that made sleeping feel like a true luxury — I had some of the best rest I’ve had while traveling.
All amenities were thoughtfully provided: a large flat-screen smart TV, a well-stocked minibar, a work desk perfect for business travelers, a safe, and multiple charging ports. The Wi-Fi was fast, stable, and free throughout the room and hotel — great for both work and streaming. The bathroom was equally impressive: large, spotless, with a separate rain shower and bathtub, excellent water pressure, instant hot water, and premium toiletries. The best part? Even though the hotel is close to major roads and areas, the soundproofing was excellent — we heard zero outside noise, ensuring total peace and quiet.
Dining & Facilities
The dining options at Marriott Hotel Clark are fantastic. We had breakfast daily at their all-day dining restaurant, and it was truly impressive. The buffet spread was extensive, featuring a wonderful mix of international favorites — fresh pastries, breads, cereals, fruits, and cold cuts — as well as delicious local Filipino dishes, made-to-order eggs, noodles, and a great selection of hot beverages. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and constantly replenished, and the staff made sure our tables were cleared and reset quickly.
We also tried dinner at their specialty restaurant one evening, and the food was beautifully prepared, flavorful, and served with great care. The coffee shop and bar area were also lovely spots to relax in the evening, with a great atmosphere and good drink selections.
The hotel’s facilities are well above average. The swimming pool area is spacious, clean, and surrounded by lush greenery — perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The fitness center is large, bright, and fully equipped with modern cardio and strength-training machines, plus free water and towels. There is also a spa on-site offering various treatments, and the business center and meeting facilities are modern and well-equipped, making this hotel ideal for both leisure and business travelers.
Location & Value
Marriott Hotel Clark is in an excellent location. It is conveniently situated within the Clark Freeport Zone, close to Clark International Airport, major business parks, shopping centers, golf courses, and popular tourist spots. It is very easy to get around, and the area is safe and well-maintained. Even though it offers 5-star luxury and service, the pricing is very reasonable, giving excellent value for money.
Final Thoughts
Staying here was more than just a place to sleep — it was a truly enjoyable experience. The Marriott Hotel Clark team clearly cares about their guests, and it shows in every interaction and every detail. I left feeling rested, satisfied, and eager to return.
I highly recommend Marriott Hotel Clark to anyone visiting the area — whether you are traveling for business, a family vacation, or a romantic getaway. It is simply superb. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable!

I picked this property for a short FamGetaway. I have to say… Clark Marriott did not disappoint! From the moment we walked in- Allen, the concierge already made us feel that it’s going to be a great stay. The BOH Team went above and beyond; CarJM, Archi, Decerie, Joan kudos to their Team Leaders- Apollo and Charmaine. Leo from MLounge was great.
We had a wonderful time at the on site WuXing. Great great food! The entire staff made us feel that they were happy for us to be there and that’s PLUS!

Location, its vibes and it’s professional approach

I am departing today and I am sad to leave this place. This is my first time writing a review for a hotel before departing. That's how impressed I am by Clark Marriott Hotel. This is not my first time staying here. I was here in 2023 and had a wonderful experience. After 3 years, I came back pleased that the excellent service remained consistent and they raised the bar even higher.

Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly and the check-in process was easy. We chose to self-park the car but they do offer valet services. I appreciate the level of security here. Every piece of luggage is scanned and every guest goes through metal detectors. Our bellman, Allen, took care of our luggage right away. Sam, the Guest Services Manager, checked us in and he told me that I was upgraded to a Deluxe Suite with M Club lounge access. What a great start to the stay already! The room was not available but I was offered to get the kids in the swimming pool while we wait. Sam went above and beyond to take us to the pool area and endorse us with the staff so that we can avail services even though we do not have a room key yet. The pool attendants are gracious and friendly. Also, an important detail - pool water is heated.

While my husband and kids are swimming, I decided to wait in the M Club lounge and relax there. Leo, the M Club host, took notice and did all he could to find me an available room. And he did! I probably only waited for less than an hour and voila! Our suite is ready. Suites here are spacious with a King master bedroom, full living room, and 1.5 bathrooms. The only comment I might make is that the suite does not have a working desk (perhaps for future renovation? ;) )

BonVoy Elite recognition here is indeed on the elite level. I was recognized multiple times and upon checking in to the room, a birthday cake from Sam and Leo was waiting for me along with a special dessert amenity for Marriott BonVoy members. We went on this trip to celebrate a special milestone birthday for me and the experience at Clark Marriott did not disappoint.

We tried the food offerings at the M Club lounge and were quite impressed. They had a fresh lumpia station and it was one of the best I've ever had. I went back and forth for coffee and drinks at the lounge and staff are friendly and accommodating each time. Then I had to try out the Quan Spa of course. FYI - access to the Hydrolounge js included with your stay so don't skip that. They have an impressive list of services anf let me tell you that the experience is divine - I did massage and facial. It started with a foot bath ritual then a 90-min customized massage followed by a hydrating facial. Cris took great care of me and I have never been this relaxed. After the treatment, I was presented a mini birthday cake again. And because it was my birthday, they also gave me a discount. So thoughtful!

The stay also comes with daily breakfast and I recommend using that at Goji. It is a world-class breakfast buffet spread. I already did a separate review of Goji. But I want to add a special mention again to Rinoa, our server and Chef Robin who made us feel like we were the only guests at the entire hotel. The level of attention they gave us os more than what we deserve. Onething that is absolutely consistent in this hotel is the thoughtful and friendly staff. Upon learning that I am celebrating my birthday month, I was once again presented with a cake and warm greetings from the staff. I am deeply moved by this entire hotel.

Housekeeping is on point and request for services (towels, ice, extra bedding) was always quick and efficient.

The high level of service, friendliness, genuine care, and hospitality is not just coming from one department. It is deeply rooted in the DNA of the entire Clark Marriott hotel. So impressive! I usually save my BonVoy points for St. Regis and Ritz Carlton hotels but I am so happy I decided to use them at Clark Marriott. I will be back again and again, I promise.

Comfortable bed, has everything you need there. Room was spacious. Great restaurants in the hotel. Breakfast was great. Great pool.
