Amazing.
Pros:

The Clark Marriott Hotel is a wonderful resort complex that offers everything you could possibly need for a truly comfortable and relaxing stay. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, with an exceptionally comfortable bed and mattress, as well as a fantastic shower.
What I particularly appreciated, apart from the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room, was the beautiful view of North Clark from the windows. The room was also bright and well-lit, which made it very comfortable to work and spend long periods of time there.
The complex offers a variety of restaurants, where you can always enjoy a very good lunch or dinner. The staff are also wonderful — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help whenever needed.
For anyone staying in Clark or the surrounding area, I highly recommend this hotel. In my opinion, it is one of the best hotels in the Philippines that I have ever had the pleasure of staying at.

Great stay away from the rains.
Pros:

Legitimate 5-star hotel
Pros:

One of the best hotel that I experienced. Truly a 5-star hotel. A world-class service. I wish I could stay for a little longer. Our company team building received excellent reviews from our employees. Almost perfect stay …
Pros:

By far Marriott Clark and Manila respectively are the best hotels we’ve ever stayed. As a platinum elite member, we’ve stayed in Marriott hotels in Europe, North America and Asia but I think Clark hits the 5-star mark as far as customer service, staff dedication and professionalism is concerned. I am a Filipino-American so I maybe a bit biased in my assessment but I truly feel at home during my stays here at Clark. Where else have you stayed where the staff meets you with a friendly “good morning sir/maam” every time. For me these simple gestures make me really feel at home. Shoutout to hard working staff at the M Lounge (Jon, Benedict, Nicole, Menard, Fherds), breakfast buffet (Darci, JR) and pool bar (Christian) …you guys rock!
Now for my not so pleasant experience during my current stay. Last Tuesday, the hotel opened up the kitchen to allow some guests to see how the culinary staff work behind the scenes in preparing their dishes. At the same time, guests are invited to taste and enjoy the food. There was a group of my pinoy kababayans who may have misunderstood the concept as “ take all you want “. These folks were filling up their plates and hoarding them on the side. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing and I can see the uneasiness of the staff as they were working and taking care of the other guests. I even joked…”pwede pala ganyan?…at least if you guys ran out of food, tell guests to go to their stash:). As a Filipino, I felt embarrassed and wondered what the foreigners were thinking. More importantly, I felt bad for the hard working staff who endured this excruciating experience. Just a friendly reminder to my kababayans, konting finesse naman po tayo. This was meant to be wholesome event pero ginawa niyong piyesta sa barrio. That’s all I’m saying.
