Prima uitvalsbasis voor Cinque terre
Pros:

Prima hotel kamer wordt elke dag schoongemaakt en indien nodig voorzien van schone handdoeken shampoo etc
Ontbijt niet uitgebreid maar zeker voldoende
Elisa achter de receptie balie is een topper
Hotel is een uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor Cinque terre

I enjoyed my 2 stays and look forward to a return visit.
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days, then went to Genoa, and returned to this hotel for another 2 days. My first room was not as comfortable as the second room that overlooked the cafe next door. But, in both rooms, I awoke to the aroma of baking bread. How do they do that? It was delightful! All the ladies working at this hotel are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and offered a variety of selections. The location near the train station is perfect.

Cons:

In the first room where I stayed for 3 nights, there is a slight step up to the bathroom, and I was so concerned I would trip on it. This needs to be addressed. The televisions need upgrading.

Da localização. Bem perto da estação de trem de La Spezia. Os funcionários também são simpáticos e prestativos.

Cons:

Os quartos são muito pequenos e o banheiro minúsculo. Mas a principal queixa é em relação ao café da manhã. Não oferecem nenhuma opção de frutas frescas e ovos. Além disso, quase todos os produtos servidos são ultra processados. Ainda bem que só ficamos dois dias, se fosse mais tempo, acho que iria tomar o café em outro local.

A grande surpresa da viagem porque era o hotel que menos esperávamos o conforto e atendimento que tivemos

Tudo, localização, funcionários, café da manhã cortesia do hotel, ambiente clean, moderno e confortável!! Destaque para as funcionárias que servem o café da manhã, extremamente simpáticas, atenciosas, fazendo nosso dia começar de forma alegre e muito leve!! Espero que o hotel saiba valoriza-las!!

Placé à 3mn de la gare sans les nuisances et en face de la voie piétonne qui mène au centre ville et au bord de mer. (20mn).
Chambre de taille réduite mais suffisante pour 1 ou 2 nuits.
Personnel très souriant, accueillant et disponible.

Great stay in La Spezia close to train station
Pros:

An elevator to all floors and we had a balcony with a great view. Good sized shower with removable wand, strong water pressure and held temperature even. Very comfortable super king size bed. A sit-down staff-served breakfast, with fruit, yogurt, crosissant, bun, cake, juices and choice of hot and cold beverages. The hotel’s location was very convenient to train station and only 15 minute walk to ferry. Staff were friendly and helpful, daily maid service.

Cons:

Piddling I know but our room was missing a garbage can in the main sleeping area.
