An elevator to all floors and we had a balcony with a great view. Good sized shower with removable wand, strong water pressure and held temperature even. Very comfortable super king size bed. A sit-down staff-served breakfast, with fruit, yogurt, crosissant, bun, cake, juices and choice of hot and cold beverages. The hotel’s location was very convenient to train station and only 15 minute walk to ferry. Staff were friendly and helpful, daily maid service.
Piddling I know but our room was missing a garbage can in the main sleeping area.

Location was great: exit the train station door, face left, walk 150 meters, look for the blue building.

Camera pulita. Posizione comodissima sia per raggiungere la stazione a 200 m , sia per arrivare in centro.

The Hotel Venezia is a short walk from the train station, and looks out on a lively square. I may have had the best room in the hotel because I had a small balcony that faced onto some great people-watching. In spite of the location, I was not bothered by noise. The room was spotlessly clean, and I had more towels than I needed. The breakfast was much more than I expected—juice, yogurt, a cornetto, a hard roll and a pastry, plus cream cheese and small tubs of liver pate, a nice surprise. Great coffee, of course. The people at the desk speak excellent English, and gave me some excellent advice.
The room was a little small, but there was a place to put everything.

A clean hotel that also includes a complimentary breakfast. It’s very close to La Spezia Centrale train station, which provides easy connections to Cinque Terre, and also near the pedestrian area where you can find restaurants and a supermarket.
The staff are extremely kind and helpful with anything you ask. A 10+ rating for them!
There wasn’t really anything significant that I didn’t like. Perhaps in the future, a more comfortable bed and a duvet instead of a simple sheet with a blanket would make the stay even better. Otherwise, nothing to complain about. Thank you!
