Pros:

The reception is beyond, very assisting and welcoming. We even stayed after checkout waiting for our flight times . Theu offered free tea and it was amazing.

It was good but for the fact that my toiletries disappeared, I was so disappointed, they said they

I did like the fact that I forgot my toiletries and when later I claimed them back, they were no where to be found, and the cleaners lied about them😪

They need to teach their cleaners not to take what doesn't belong to them, I was so pissed

Setting and warmth of the staff

Cons:

Didn't have hot water and had to go to another room to take a bath which iwas very unfortunate. Need to improve to also have the room ready with all facilities in time and not provide limited and not all to make someone's stay enjoyable without interruption
