Festive hours are normal pub opening times, however Christmas Day the pub is fully booked for meals, which have been preordered prior to the booking. The Pub will remain open to the public and serving till 5pm on this day.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Did the job for the night
Pros:

The floor boards in room 5 need sorting, especially by the bathroom, and I understand the doors need to close as fire doors but they shake the whole upstairs.

Pros and cons, quite lovely
Pros:

It is well appointed and so lovely. The staff were warm and friendly. The food was delicious. Fluffy towels, good pillows. Easy off-street parking.

Cons:

There was a group of women being super loud outside until nearly midnight. The interior doors are super creaky so it was loud all night. One of our rooms had awesome water pressure and one had no water pressure.

It was a pleasure staying here.
Pros:

Everyone was SOOO helpful! And friendly, too . The staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests (extra bed for 3 year old, 8 guests for breakfast, early checkin because of a wedding that day). Nothing was too much bother. 🤩

Was a nice place for a quiet break. Numerous places to visit within reasonable travelling time.

It was ok
Pros:

It was close to the people we were visiting

Cons:

Our room was right next to the stairs so it was very noisy with people returning late at night and there was a smell of cooking from the kitchen
