La estancia fue buena, solo tuvimos inconveniente porque la regadera no funcionaba y nos la arreglaron hasta el día siguiente porque no había nadie en turno para hacerlo
Llegamos el jueves 20 de febrero por la tarde noche con el número de reservación confirmada por hoteles.com y al llegar al hotel hacienda flamencos en el puerto de san Blas Nayarit
Nos dijeron que con esa operadora no trabajaban y que allí no teníamos registrado ninguna reservación y que tenían todo lleno así que buscáramos otro hotel cerca
Para nosotros fue muy incómodo porque veníamos de más de 7 horas de camino
Que falta de atención en la calidad y respeto por nosotros

The breakfast was excellent. The location was perfect to walk to the square and many other areas to site see. Several restaurants were near. The history of the hotel leaves you in awe.
There is no official business area to take a meeting.

We like it a lot the way it has been decorated, our room was clean and suited.
The swimming pool and the garden was well maintained and next to it there was a shower and restrooms .
The inner Garden next to the front desk it's beautiful.
On the walls there's plenty of Pictures ,books and random stuff, looks like a little museum.
If you need a place to relax this it's the Hotel you need.
AC is cold and the ceiling fan works .
Breakfast was included and was a little Buffett, it was just ok . But it works since I have to leave Early for a trip to LaTovara ..
Just be aware that there isn't someone who speaks English at the Front desk.
