The person when I check in was rude and he was asking me to pay cash if I don’t have it he ask me to go to back and withdraw money and come back and pay. He was so rude when he says that.

this is so so bad experience for us really bad and smelly rooms and the walls are so thin so we can hear easily everything from other rooms and uncomfortable at night we couldn't sleep at all they didn’t provide any blanket for sleep we bought our own and it’s not for families it’s for those who are interested in one night stand couples overall very bad experience and they don’t know English very difficult to communicate to them and the staff are not cooperative

This particular hotels close proximity to the mall ‘meydan’, restaurants, cafés, clothing stores and transportation (specifically the Sirinevler Atakoy train\bus stations) cannot be questioned; however the hotels customer service was disgraceful and unexpected. The exit time (of 10am) was announced to me on no less than four occasions during checkin, emphasising that it was stringent. The harsh implication was (better for you that you exit on time). Cash payment was demanded and any credit card payment would ‘apparently’ attract excessive charges. Once cash payment was made, they refused to issue a formal receipt or tax invoice. Their overall conduct and sense of professionalism was disgraceful and unbecoming. The room had no soap (liqid soap inclusive), one of the two chairs legs was broken and there was no remote control for the tv. Even if İ was offered a room free of charge, İ`d never stay. İ don`t recommend this hotel.

Beklentilerinizle fiyat oranini kurarsaniz kalinabilecek bir otel. Carsinin ortasinda heryere cabuk ulasilabilen bir konumda. Heryere adapte olamam beklentilerim var diyorsaniz size gore degil. Kis gunu acaba soguk olurmu endisemiz vardi, odamiz cok guzel isinmis sicakti. Konfor vs beklentileriniz yoksa tercih edilebilir. Bina ve otel odalari yaniltmasin bence odanizi gorun oyle karar verin derim. Tekrar kalirmiyim? Soyledigim gibi fiyat ve beklenti orani kuracak olursak kalirim. Daha farkli konsept sunan yerlerin fiyatlari da farkli fiyat konseptinde :) Biraz daha luks yapmis olsalar elbette bu fiyata kiralamazlar, ama dogrusu biraz da bakima ihtiyac var. Ailelerin kalabilecegi bir yer. Bizim kaldigimiz odanin yaninda gece kari koca kavgasi vardi, bu da bizim sanssizligimizdi :) resepsiyona haber vermek istemedik.

Bedava olsa bir daha gitmem

We chose this hotel because it is near to the Ataturk Airport by metro. The hotel has two locations. One is near the metro and the other is just a bit far but still accessible. They brought us to the latter. We had a bit difficulty in checking in as the receptionist doesn't speak english and couldnt find our reservation even I showed him the email confirmation.
The room is clean maybe because it is newly renovated but it is obvious that works are unfinished and things are substandard. The toilet bowl is moving, wires are not fixed properly. Basic items are available except for cabinet for clothes.
The most disappointing is, the walls are built thinly that you can hear the noises and s@xual moan from the other rooms. We did not get good sleep.
I do not recommend this hotel.

hotels.com dan beklemediğim bir olay!!! size güvenipte birdaha asla rezervasyon yapmayacağım!! benim ödemesini yaptığım odada konaklamama izin verilmedi ve ben o odanın ücretini peşin ödedim! ve tek başıma olmadığım için utanç verici bir durumla karşı karşıya kaldım. ve daha ucuz bir odada konaklamam gerçekleştirildi. Hotels.com dan tamamen nefret ettiğim bir andı ve otel yetkilisi ödeme makbuzunu göstermeme rağmen benden ücret talep etti. Sizin sunduğunuz hizmet bumu? size güvenmenin karşılığı bumu ? tüm çevreme yakınlarıma ve tüm herkese bu çirkin olayı anlatıp olabildiğince kurtarmaya çalışacağım. Bu sadece bir mahduriyet değil rezillik! bunun bedelini kim ödeceyek!
