Pros:

Rooms were nice and clean and it was quiet, the location is great with walking distance from shops and restaurants.

Cons:

Unfortunately the breakfast served was not warm enough.

My stay was good besides the smoking issue and tv problems
Pros:

When i arrived the receptionist was nice even wish me happy birthday and was going to mall when i arrived I found peace of cake with message

Cons:

I wanted the standard room without smoking cuz I have breathing difficulties but around 11pm was someone smoking near my room since from 11pm till 04pm I ddnt sleep due to smoking

Pros:

The breakfast and the receptionist

Cons:

In the middle of the night someone was trying to get inside my room that was room 207, I even tell the receptionist and she said maybe the person list his room

Extremely poor!
Cons:

We arrived at 14:00 for check-in, and was told none of the rooms were ready. The receptionist was very unfriendly. After advising her that the check-in time is 14:00 as per the communication, we got a room after a few minutes. There was no hot water the next morning, and nothing was communicated. We had to phone and they just said maintenance are aware of it. After a few hours, we eventually checked out because of scheduled meetings without having been able to shower. The carpets were also very dirty. If we had just received proper customer service and communication from the staff, we would have left without feeling we completely overpaid for a very poor experience.

Lovely and cordial. Although ideal for work stay was also accomodative for private stay as well
Pros:

Location was good easy access to the freeway and the mall. Attended to every request - Single beds to double and providing us with a small fridge. Staff cordial and place clean. Bar and swimming pool availability. Although close to busy road noise was well blocked out.

Cons:

We couldn't get hot water after 10am but only 8am last day we got good shower water. We would have preferred a bath as well. Keys kept malfunctioning and got reset at reception. Would have preferred smart TV with Youtube & Netflix as well...
