Hébergement idéal pour un séjour a Holbox orienté calme et nature
Pros:

Localisation idéale à quelques mètres de la mer. Chambre lumineuse et spacieuse. Les petites attentions quotidiennes et les présents a l’arrivée sont un plus ! Le restaurant est de très bon niveau et les cours de yoga très appréciables !

Le lieu est plein de charme avec une plage magnifique .. on peut longer la plage pour arriver a la ville en 15 min ou 5min max en velo.
Le personnel adorable. Petits gateaux excellents tout les soirs deposés en chambre..
Les points a ameliorer : la chambre pour 4 personnes est un peu petite, manque de luminosité dans la salle de bain et tres peu d’isolation donc on se reveille en meme temps que les voisins du dessus...

Perfect, I wish we could have stayed longer!
Pros:

Everything! The hotel and room were perfect, so clean and comfortable. The staff were very kind and made my birthday extra special. The location on the beach was great, it was easy to walk to the centre or to Punta Mosquito.

Cons:

Would have been nice if the bar by the pool was open

Pros:

Très bel hôtel situé à 20 minutes à pied du centre. Cela permet d’être un peu éloigné du centre festif si vous êtes en famille.

Chambre: superbe. Spacieuse. Très propre. Un petit dessert est déposé dans votre frigo chaque jour. Frigo que vous pouvez utiliser de façon personnel.

Très belle piscine avec différentes profondeurs. Bar avec tabourets dans l’eau. Eau fraîche.

Plage: partie avec transat réservée aux clients de l’hôtel. Plage propre, pas de sargasse. Eau sablonneuse mais si vous marcher vers la droite vers le banc de sable, l’eau devient transparente.

Équipe: rien à dire! Une équipe au top,
Souriante, toujours disponible. Super avec les enfants.

Le petit déjeuner est à la carte. Grand choix pour tous les goûts. Superbe assiette et en belle quantité. Nous avons testé le toast avocat, les œufs bénédictines, les pancakes chocolat et le pain brioche. Un délice!

Vous pouvez également aller au restaurant le soir. Les plats sont copieux. Maintenant, c’est plus cher qu’en ville. Vous pouvez facilement trouver des restaurants de toute origine dès 10-15 minutes de marche.

En conclusion , nous recommandons cet hôtel qui est un havre de paix! 😁

Si il fallait vraiment trouver un point un petit peu négatif serait les tarifs légèrement élevés du restaurant.

Fantastique séjour!
Pros:

Nous y avons passé un séjour fantastique!
Les chambres sont très belles, literie et linge de lit impeccables!
Le personnel est très attentionné, aux petits soins. Très réactif et aidant pour l'organisation des activités.
L'hôtel est idéalement situé à 15 min du centre à pied mais donc loin de tout le bruit.
La plage est très belle et les fauteuils confortables. Nombreux transats à la piscine aussi.
Petit déjeuner copieux.

Pros:

Super bel hôtel, le restaurant est très bon que ce soit les boissons, le petit déjeuner et le déjeuner/diner. Le personnel de l'accueil très solaire. Il est bien situé, au calme, on peut accéder au centre à 15 min à pieds. Les chambres sont très belles et bien équipées avec de petites attentions.

Cons:

Le personnel du restaurant pas très aimable. On nous a oublié plus d'une fois, service lent. La piscine est assez froide mais pour des raisons d'économies sur une île ce n'est pas plus mal. Les prix sont assez élevé que ce soit au niveau de l'hôtellerie ou de la restauration.

We got very unlucky with Sargassum (not the fault of the property), but it was concentrated on the strip of beach in front of the hotel.

Fantastic stay, amazing people ane great restaurant! Would recommend!
Pros:

The staff at the hotel were amazing, so friendly and kind and helpful, they really made the place feel like you were welcome. The restaurant had some of the best food we tasted on the island, and they were very accommodating for our picky eater 6 year old. The rooms were spotless, big and comfortable. We loved the nightly deserts left in our room and the sunset drinks. A great stay!

Great location and fun beach club.
Pros:

This was the perfect location on the island as we were at the quieter end of the island (Punta Mosquito) so it felt more exclusive and less crowded than Punta Coco end. The beach club was perfect for family holiday and the staff were all very friendly. The pool and rooms were cleaned daily and beach towels provided. Rooms were large and spacious and well decorated.

Cons:

The "included breakfast" was limited which felt wrong as the hotel was expensive. Only allowed filter coffee and had to pay if you wanted latte / americano etc. Only allowed one item on breakfast menu and was shocked when my daughter asked for an extra egg and we were told we would be charged for it.
