Pros:

Der Aufenthalt war einfach wunderschön. Wir waren von Anfang an begeistert.

Das gesamte Personal war sehr nett. Egal ob an der Rezeption, im Restaurant oder vom Reinigungsteam, alle waren stets hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und lieb.

Ein grosses Plus ist der direkte Zugang zum Meer direkt vor dem Hotel. Auch der Pool sowie die gesamte Anlage waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Restaurant befindet sich ebenfalls direkt vor Ort, sodass alles bequem und schnell erreichbar ist.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Charmantes Hotel mit erstklassigem Service in bester Lage!
Pros:

Ein wunderschönes, charmantes Hotel mit erstklassigem Service! Das Hotel liegt direkt am schönsten Strandabschnitt auf Holbox. Die Zimmer sind super schön komfortabel und sauber. Der Pool ist idyllisch angelegt und die kleine Anlage wird ständig gepflegt. Das Restaurant ist überragend! Das Personal ist überaus aufmerksam, freundlich und schnell. Wir als Familie können dieses Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Un hotel de ensueño
Pros:

Que estuviera un poco más apartado del bullicio del pueblo. El personal del hotel y especialmente del restaurante y recepción. Los drinks de atardecer. Las camas comodísimas.

Cons:

La comida se puede mejorar. Estaría bien que los del hotel de al lado bajaran el volumen de la música que suena todo el día.

Un séjour exceptionnel, coup de coeur pour Holbox!
Pros:

L'emplacement est à 1,5km environ des principaux restaurants bien qu'on en trouve bien plus près, mais nous y allions en marchant le soir sans aucun problème. La ballade était agréable. Le fait d'être un des derniers établissements. avant Punta Mosquito en fait un lieu calme. Le personnel était sans exception super. Mention spéciale à Nayib qui nous a chouchouté au petit déjeuner, Gabi toujours calme et agréable, Alexander et Jorge très professionnels.
L'hotel est de petite taille ce qui est très agréable, cosy et très appréciable. Accueil, conciergerie, organisation de nos transferts sans aucune faille.
Le petit déjeuner est top, délicieux. Avec la vue sur la mer c'est magique.
Les transats réservés aux guests de l'hotel sont en nombre suffisant et confortables.

Pros:

Todo está absolutamente genial. No hay comentarios negativos sinceramente. Recomendable 100%. La isla de Holbox es genial, el ambiente, la gente, etc. Y el hotel es prácticamente perfecto. Pequeño y sencillo, pero perfecto para el destino.

We loved it
Pros:

We loved it here. Service was amazing, food was delicious and the location was brilliant. It’s on the nicest beach and only a 10 minute walk on the beach into town. Our kids loved the food and Gio at the pool bar was amazing!

Great unwind after 3 weeks touring!
Pros:

Great location right on the perfect sandy beach. Easily accessed from the port and a short walk into town (Or golf buggy taxi if needed!). Fabulous sized room with a view out to the pool and beyond. Comfortable large bed. Lovely little treat left in our room or fridge every night after dinner!
We ate breakfast and dinner each day in our hotel as the food in their restaurant was so good.... Great staff too - really helpful.

Cons:

The only criticism I have is that the lighting in the bathroom wasn't great - there was no vanity mirror and it was quite dull in there.

Kleine feine Unterkunft in perfekter Lage.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist in perfekter Lage direkt am Strand. Das Personal ist sehr nett und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer sind sehr grosszügig gestaltet. Ebenso haben wir unser Frühstück immer sehr genossen.

Cons:

Je nach Zimmerlage kann man von Geräusch und Geruch gestört sein.

Heerlijk verblijf op een prachtige plek!
Pros:

Geweldig a la carte ontbijt in het restaurant met werkelijk geweldige medewerkers. Ook het avondeten was hier erg goed. Voldoende (heerlijke) ligbedden onder een schaduwdoek op het strand en daarbij makkelijk te verplaatsen ligbedden in de zon. Kamers waren ruim genoeg met bedden die een slag breder hadden gemogen maar comfortabel genoeg waren. Bij zonsondergang voor gasten een glas bubbels van het huis.

Incredibly comfy rooms with all the amenities you could need.
Beachfront hotel with sunlounges for guest only.
Friendly staff who helped celebrate my partners birthday. They went above and beyond to make her trip extra special!
Amazing food in the restaurant, including lots of breakfast choices.
Beach sunset drinks and nightly desserts in your room.
Great location. 20 minutes walk on the beach into the main town or a short taxi ride.

We had no complaints. Everything was perfect during our stay!

Super accueil avec un cocktail, le personnel très aimable, chambre propre, ménage chaque jour, transat sur la plage très confortable, la piscine très sympa,petite intention pour notre lune de miel,…

Cons:

Chambres qui donne sur l’arrière sont un peu bruyantes, bruit de moteur/groupe électrogène/ Clim, surtout dérangeant la nuit.

Quelques jours au paradis
Pros:

TOUT !! la piscine est une espace très bien pensé, pour les adultes et pour les enfants, nous y avons passé la journée. la chambre est grande et confortable (les lits particulièrement). La nourriture, l'accès direct à la plage, et le cocktail offert au coucher du soleil, la réactivité du personnel pour réserver de super activités.
