The perfect hotel for access to the beach, friendly staff and amazing foods.

Incredibly comfy rooms with all the amenities you could need.

Friendly staff who helped celebrate my partners birthday. They went above and beyond to make her trip extra special!

Quelques jours au paradis
Pros:

TOUT !! la piscine est une espace très bien pensé, pour les adultes et pour les enfants, nous y avons passé la journée. la chambre est grande et confortable (les lits particulièrement). La nourriture, l'accès direct à la plage, et le cocktail offert au coucher du soleil, la réactivité du personnel pour réserver de super activités.

Pros:

ANKUNFT
Der Check-in war unkompliziert und die Dame an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Nach der langen und heißen Anreise war der inkludierte Welcome-Drink (Cocktail) eine sehr schöne und erfrischende Überraschung.

AUFMERKSAMKEITEN
Das Hotel bietet einige nette Details während des Aufenthalts. Im Zimmer stehen täglich vier Espresso-Kapseln zur Verfügung. Außerdem gibt es Duftstäbchen im Zimmer sowie eine Wasserkaraffe, die täglich aufgefüllt wird und auch jederzeit an der Rezeption nachgefüllt werden kann.
Für den Strand bekommt man eine Badetasche mit zwei Badetüchern und zwei Handtüchern, die jederzeit gewechselt werden können.

Da wir unseren Jahrestag gefeiert haben, hat uns das Hotel bei der Ankunft mit einer „Happy Anniversary“-Karte und einer Flasche Rotwein im Zimmer überrascht – eine sehr schöne Aufmerksamkeit.
Zum Sonnenuntergang gibt es täglich ein kleines Getränk aufs Haus direkt am Strand (z. B. Mimosa oder Sekt). Abends kommt außerdem jemand ins Zimmer und hinterlässt während des Abendessens ein kleines Dessert (bei uns ein Karottenmuffin).

FRÜHSTÜCK
Das Frühstück ist à la carte und bietet eine gute Auswahl an Gerichten, darunter auch vegetarische und vegane Optionen. American Coffee ist unbegrenzt inkludiert, inzwischen auch Cappuccino sowie alternative Milch. Außerdem kann man zwischen Orangen- und Ananassaft wählen. Die meisten Gerichte waren sehr gut.

ZIMMERGRÖSSE & SAUBERKEIT
Das Zimmer selbst war sehr groß, recht sauber (die Duschen scheinen in ganz México nicht im saubersten und besten Zustand zu sein) und bot ausreichend Platz für zwei Personen.

STRAND & LAGE
Der Strand überzeugt mit sehr schönem weißen Sand. Wenn man auf den Horizont blickt, sieht man ein beeindruckendes Farbenspiel aus verschiedenen Türkistönen. Es erinnert an ein Paradies. Die gesamte Insel ist sehr grün und mit Palmen bedeckt. Man geht nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß in das Dorf.

ZIMMER & LÄRMBELÄSTIGUNG
Unser Aufenthalt hat für vier Nächte in einer Suite mit Kingsize-Bett und Poolblick etwa 170 € pro Person und Nacht gekostet. Leider haben wir während unseres Aufenthalts sehr schlecht geschlafen.

Zunächst bekamen wir Zimmer Nr. 11, das direkt am Weg von der Rezeption zum Pool und weiter zum Strand liegt. Dadurch gehen ständig Gäste am Zimmer vorbei und man hört ihre Gespräche. Zusätzlich befindet sich direkt neben dem Zimmer eine Treppe, die ebenfalls eine deutliche Lärmquelle darstellt. Nachts bin ich mehrmals aufgeschreckt, weil es sich so anhörte, als würde jemand direkt ins Zimmer kommen.

Besonders überrascht hat uns, dass sich hinter den Holzlamellen eines Fensters lediglich ein Fliegengitter befindet und keine Glasscheibe. Dadurch dringen Poolmusik und Gespräche der Gäste praktisch ungehindert ins Zimmer.

Außerdem scheint sich neben diesem Zimmer ein Maintenance-Raum zu befinden. Geräte oder Pumpen sprangen regelmäßig an und aus und erzeugten Surr- und Brummgeräusche, vor allem nachts. Nach unserer ersten Nacht baten wir deshalb um einen Zimmerwechsel. Da das Hotel ausgebucht war, mussten wir noch eine weitere Nacht in diesem Zimmer verbringen und konnten erst für die dritte Nacht in Zimmer Nr. 15 wechseln.

Nach unserer Nachfrage, ob es eine Entschädigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten gäbe, wurde uns vom Manager schließlich eine Pizza für zwei Personen und zwei Gläser Wein angeboten, was wir dankend annahmen.

Im zweiten Zimmer gab es zwar keine Brummgeräusche mehr, allerdings insgesamt drei Fenster ohne Glasscheiben. Hinter unserem Zimmer verlief außerdem ein Personalgang. Gespräche, Räuspern oder Husten der Mitarbeiter waren so laut zu hören, als würden sie direkt im Zimmer stehen. In den letzten beiden Nächten war es zudem sehr stürmisch, wodurch der Wind wegen der fehlenden Glasscheiben stark durch das Zimmer pfiff. Auch dort war an erholsamen Schlaf leider kaum zu denken.

Amazing!
Pros:

Amazing place - just as advertised. Clean, well equiped rooms with lovely outdoor space. Common grounds are well maintained and great atmosphere. Restaurant food is delicious (also the a la carte breakfast is supberb). Staff very friendly and attentive. Location is quiet but within a lovely 15min walk you reach the busy centre. Perfect for us

Idyllique
Pros:

C’est un très bel hôtel, à taille humaine, loin de l’agitation du centre. La décoration est magnifique et soignée. Le personnel est adorable, à l’accueil, au ménage, bar et restaurant. On nous a servi un cocktail à notre arrivée ( délicieux) puis un autre lors du coucher du soleil. Les espaces extérieurs sont magnifiques, la piscine incroyable face à la mer ! Bref nous avons tout aimé !

Cons:

Petit bémol sur le bruit… les golf cars en permanence ( et elles ne sont pas électriques), de plus je pense que notre chambre donnait sur l’espace service(déchets, livraisons) donc tôt le matin on a attendu les « camions » et collecteurs de verres. Il faut savoir que le mur de la chambre est en partie fait par une baie vitrée mais aussi par des persiennes et donc ouverts sur l’extérieur.

Beautiful hotel - but overpriced for what it is.

Cons:

The restaurant is a bit divided from the hotel and so you felt like a burden when you requested basic hotel services eg hot water. Some of the staff in the restaurant were rude.
It is very expensive for the level of amenity.
