A peaceful beautiful space overlooking the river
Pros:

The view of the river from the spacious plant filled verandah, situated in a quiet alley. There was a teapot provided, & spices & herbs readily available from close by markets, so enjoyed our time sipping tea on that verandah, the perfect place to retreat to after roaming Hoi An & enjoying the world class cuisine & quant buildings. The bed was super comfortable, drinking water is provided. Thank you to our beautiful, friendly & helpful host.

Cons:

We liked everything. Make sure you wear the plastic slippers provided in the bathroom area, due to water on the slippery tiles. Hangers provided, just no wear to hang clothes, we used curtain railing during the day, which worked for us. We were on the top floor, hence the amazing view. The railing on the staircase was beautifully crafted, we're closer to 70 than 20, the stairs are not a problem.

Pros:

Right in old town, but on a side street so not loud. Right by the night market and around the corner from a great restaurant-red Gecko. Cleaning lady is fabulous.

Hébergement très bien situé, proche des centres d'intérêts touristiques, des restaurants et des prestataires de service
Chambre spacieuse et confortable avec un balcon donnant sur la rivière !
Notre hôtesse a pu organiser notre transport vers Hue

Cons:

Nous aurions apprécié quelques sachets de thé et café pour pouvoir utiliser la bouilloire électrique et que le minifrigo fonctionne !

Chambre spacieuse lumineuse et très agréable
Pros:

J'ai aimé le balcon avec la petite table entourée de plantes, la taille de la chambre, les équipements (frigo, bouilloire, shampooing..etc), l'emplacement par rapport à la vieille ville.

Room is decent but I didn’t feel comfortable being during my stay.
Pros:

Good location. Room is clean and refreshing.

Cons:

One of the young staff member screamed at me for wearing shoes as I entered the establishment to check in. I immediately reached for a tissue in my pocket and quickly wiped the floor. Then 30 minutes later she demanded payment as I was leaving for diner. Staff training is greatly needed.

Basic facilities but everything works and in good order.

Cons:

A bath and larger bathroom would have been great. No lift so stairs it is for tired legs.
