Worst owner attitude and not give us the room I think because we got room in less price they say it
Cons:

I went to this hotel but they not give me the room. The owner say that they don't have the room that suits my family but in booking they accept after reaching the hotel they denied to give the room and owner is very rude and talking way was very bad and need to leave shoes outside if rain then it will be wet.

Pros:

It was conveniently located. The night market was just outside and the old town was only a short walk away.

Cons:

The view of the river was obstructed because I was on the third floor. Other than that, the place was amazing!

Pros:

Really lovely family, so helpful with organising and recommending good quality tailors nearby. Location was great and very close to night markets, this was only an issue when ordering taxis after 5pm as would have to walk around 5-10 mins to be picked up.

A lot of care for the details. We were not missing anything. Very comfortable bed.

Cons:

There was a funeral ongoing next door for the 3 days we were there. It was extremely loud so the bed was shaken by the drums - sometimes it started before 5 in the morning. We took it as an additional experience but it was virtually impossible to sleep Aircon slightly on the weak side for the hot time we have at the end of June.

The perfect stop for us in a beautiful old town. A warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble.
Pros:

A great location just of the night market street in the Hoi An old town, so central and easy walking to anywhere you are going. Ellie, our host, couldn’t do enough for us, organising a scooter which was delivered in minutes and even a taxi when leaving to take us to Hue, cheaper than a Grab. The Lantern in very clean, comfortable and excellent value for money.

Cons:

What’s not to like? This place delivers exactly what it says it will and the host is friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended.

Virkelig godt!
Pros:

Rent og stort værelse med balkon. God beliggenhed tæt på Old town med restauranter og butikker. Stedet ejes af søde værter. Helt klart en anbefaling at bo her hvis man besøger Hoi An:)
