Pros:

This hotel does not have the best location, But its clean its very nice rooms, Its not far from the center, and food is just around the corner. Walk distance to a mini Lotus and street food. My room was really good, Check in 3 min and very friendly and good staff. Aircondi great, I will be back for sure

Very loud rooms
Cons:

Room was extremely loud. There is a house right next to the room with noisy people. Also the people staying in the room above us was making noise all night, until 4am, every night we stayed there.

We told the security guard multiple times, on different nights and he didn't do anything about it.

There was no kettle in the room.. The shower and toilet space was small and open.. The water splashed around.. There were ants walking on the floor of the room, estimated to be at least several hundred if not thousands.. You could also see a spider.. Really untidy and unpleasant experience...

Friendly Thai run hotel
Pros:

Friendly staff very helpful although no English speakers but it was fun to speak using Google translate.

Slightly away from central location but only a cheap taxi ride away

Stay away from this place
Pros:

Got to hotel. Had to pay fee for early arrival. No toilet paper in room. When we asked they said they didn't normally supply. Asked for taxi. It took half an hour to arrive as hotel out of the way. Attitude of staff terrible. So bad we found another hotel as didn't want anything to do with them

Pros:

Extremely clean, very modern furniture. Unfortunately the filter for the air-conditioning unit was very dirty, so no proper cooling in the room and the staff was very reluctant to compensate for the issue. Having a proper cooling is essential due to the weather conditions in Khon Kaen. Not sure if I'll come back here, only because of the staffs lack of servicemindness.

Pros:

I chose this hotel specifically for its location, which was nearest to the hospital clinic. Small but clean room with a comfortable bed. 7-11 and a night market nearby.
